A quick mention of Robert’s end of year summary over @ Fantasy Book Critic, since he decided to eschew the standard of listing his favourite books and ask writers instead. Unsurprisingly, some blinked at the strange light of the real world and took a while to work out what was going on, before admitting they’d not read anything newly published (we’re poor ok, we can’t afford to buy hardbacks so most of what we read is free or was published the previous year)
