I believe the term is “aw, shucks”

"Lloyd’s Twilight Reign contains all the things we feel are lacking in the Wheel of Time"

One review I’ve been rather looking forward to as the Elitist Book Review boys rather like the series and aren’t afraid to say so. But still,I’m rather chuffed with this.

  1. They’re quite good! I’ve been reading them consistently on lunch breaks and they’re the best I’ve read in quite awhile. I’ve been an annoying ass to my friends and done things like walk up to them and say, “Happy birthday! Here’s that book I told you to get…but you didn’t.”

See, I promised you a sycophantic fanboy, and I like to think I deliver with style.

Of course, reading reviews has been something I avoid, as I’m presently midway the Grave Thief and understand something surprising happens.

      1. Having just finished Grave Thief 30 seconds ago, I see why you said that.

You’re a magnificent bastard, by the way. I loved it. It was absolutely, gloriously brutal, and the best part was that I was surprised even though I should have expected it.
